IVF - also recognized as in vitro fertilization - is a particular operation that is quite easy and causes no pain. In order to determine if the operation worked and to see if the woman is pregnant the doctor will perform a pregnancy test. This test will be performed two weeks after the process is finished because it will be more accurate. If the blood test is negative then the couple can choose to utilise a different treatment or to try the IVF treatment once again. |
